Please note that for shipping to a postal branch you must be a registered Post AT customer. You can specify the desired pick-up station online or at a post office.

For this you can use the service "MyPost 24".

In order to use My Post 24, please register once and free of charge in the customer center. You will then receive a letter within three day with the confirmation code for your address. After the registration you will receive an e-mail with your personal user ID. You will need this to enter a My Post 24 machine as the recipient address. If you have already registered, add the option "PickPost and My Post 24" option in the Customer Center under "Settings" and check whether your address has already been confirmed. If your address is not confirmed, please request a confirmation code. My Post 24 is active as soon as you have received the confirmation by e-mail. To use it, you need an MMS-enabled cell phone with a phone number registered in Switzerland.

In order for your shipment to be delivered to the desired service point with the service MyPost 24 service, the address must be entered correctly. You will find an example here under "Richtig adressieren".
