I have deleted my invoice - what can I do?

Please note that for KLARNA payment methods, you will receive the invoice with the required payment details directly from KLARNA as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

The invoice sent by AMORELIE via email is only the invoice summary or proof of purchase for your records.

Are you a registered customer?
Then just log in to your customer account , please.

On the left you will find the tab "Meine Bestellungen" ("my orders"). Now you would just select the corresponding order and click on the button "Rechnung drucken" ("print invoice"). The invoice will now be downloaded.

You have ordered as a guest?
Then log in to our returns portal for guests, please.

Here you can also click on the button "Rechnung drucken" ("print invoice"). However, for data protection reasons the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. 

You are not sure whether you placed your order as a guest or as a registered customer? No problem - then you can simply use our returns portal for guests.
