Too bad that you want to cancel your order!
If your order is already on its way to you, you can either refuse to accept the shipment, so that the package is returned directly to us, or you can use our returns portal after delivery of your order.
Please note that for a return the goods must be unused and the attached hygiene seal must be undamaged.
The return is free of charge for you if you use our return label. We will gladly provide you with this label after your return registration via the returns portal. All you need is your order number and your e-mail- address.
(Please note that this rule does not apply to customers from Switzerland, as the legislation of Switzerland does not grant the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase).
