How do I return product(s)?

I bought the item online at AMORELIE.

It's a pity that you want to return items!

Please use our returns portal.

All you need is your order number and the postal code of the shipping address.

You will receive all return documents via e-mail afterwards.

I bought the item from another onlineshop.

This is not a problem at all! Please note, however, that in this case we can not provide a refund but only a replacement. For a refund, please contact the seller directly.

Please note that the AMORELIE Advent Calendar is excluded from our extended 100-day return policy and that the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days applies.

Advent Calender ID (is located on the bottom of the calendar, e.g. Nr. 01-021343)

Number of the door to be returned

Please note: For some items (whether from the advent calendar or not), it is not necessary to return the defective item. A replacement item will be sent to you automatically. If this is also If this is the case with your item, you will receive a corresponding note at the end of the return registration.
