If you would like to return the goods, please use our returns portal to obtain a shipping label for the free return (you will need your order number and your e-mail address).
In order to be able to make possible claims for compensation to the shipping company, we need a completed claim form from DHL within 7 working days after delivery. Therefore, we ask you to bring the damaged shipment to the nearest DHL branch, where it can be checked by the responsible colleagues there and the form can be handed over to you.
