Do I have to be afraid that I will receive products that could already be claimed and/or infected?

We understand your fears - but please do not worry!

We ship all hygiene products exclusively with so-called hygiene seals, similar to a guarantee seal.

These are special stickers that are stuck over all areas of the sales packaging that can be opened.

It is not possible for our customers to open the products without removing or damaging these hygiene seals.

Accordingly, it is clear whether a returned product has been removed from the sales packaging.

Such products are sorted out by trained personnel in our returns processing department and are categorically excluded from being returned to the retail cycle. The products concerned are disposed of properly.

It is therefore ensured that our customers receive only hygienically flawless new products.

Incidentally, AMORELIE has been carrying out this measure not only since the appearance of the new type of SARS-CoV-2, but since the beginning of its business.
