What does it mean when the status of my order is "pending"?

If the order is displayed as "pending" in your customer account, unfortunately the order could not be completed.
This is usually the case when the payment was canceled. The order is then usually canceled automatically after a short time.
Please place your order again.
If you have chosen the payment method prepayment, your order will be prepared for shipment only after successful receipt of payment.
