That is annoying -of course we will take care of the complaint of your favorite toy!
Since hygiene has the highest priority in our area, we are not allowed to reship opened and used items. Therefore, we are not able to repair your toy, but of course you will receive a replacement free of charge after we have checked and processed your return.
To do this, simply register your complaint via our returns portal. You will need your order number and your e-mail address.
Please select the option "Replacement item" as your refund request. Once your complaint has been completed in the returns portal, you will receive the returns notification and a returns label for the free return from us by e-mail.
